FloRugby has completed our Hot Lists for boys high school rugby players for the past season, and we're capping it off with a list of players we should have mentioned.
FloRugby has completed our Hot Lists for boys high school rugby players for the past season, and we're capping it off with a list of players we should have mentioned.
No excuses. Our missing of Ty Carlson and Tom Stockton at scrumhalf was a case of us trying to showcase some off-the-beaten-path players, and we omitted some obvious guys. The same goes for the three props, really. Nate Turak was on our list but for the wrong position, so he shows up here. We also got a few suggestions.
Most of our Hot List players come from California, but as we go forward we'd like to change that. To do so, we need the help of readers and coaches, especially those coaches who are impressed with players from other teams. It's unfortunate that we saw less than 50 percent participation in supplying rosters from the Regional Cup Tournaments, and that is an excellent way to get players recognition.
