Saracens has bolstered their scrumhalf stocks with another Springbok.
On Thursday, the English club announced it has signed Francois Hougaard on a three-month deal.
Hougaard was among the 167 players and staff made redundant after the Wasps fell into administration in October.
He will join fellow Springboks scrumhalf Ivan van Zyl at Sarries. Van Zyl joined Saracens from the Bulls ahead of the 2021-2022 season.
The 34-year-old Hougaard has over 100 appearances in the Premiership, as well as 44 caps for South Africa.
He also provides more cover to the wing, as a number of backs continue their journey back to action at Saracens.
Hougaard said he is delighted to be heading to North London.
