For the first time in 21 years, the Blues are Super Rugby champions.

In front of the soaked home crowd in Auckland, New Zealand, the Blues crushed the Chiefs 41-10 at Eden Park on June 22.  

Caleb Clarke scored three tries, and the Blues forward fought through the pounding rain to help drive the Blues to their first title since 2003.

The win capped off a dominant season for the Blues, who went 12-0-2 in the regular season. The Blues won the Super Rugby final and their semifinal matches by a combined 55 points. 

The Blues snap a five-year title streak by the Crusaders and now are second all-time with five Super Rugby  titles.
