The South Africa Springboks are set to face the Australia Wallabies in Perth, Australia, with a significantly altered lineup for the second round of The Rugby Championship 2024.

Boks gaffer Rassie Erasmus has made a bold move by changing 10 players from the team that faced the Wallabies last week.

Notably, Morne van den Berg and Ruan Nortje are set to start for the first time, bringing fresh energy to the scrumhalf and lock positions, respectively. Leadership changes also are in place, as Siya Kolisi steps down for this match, passing the captaincy to Salmaan Moerat, with Marco van Staden filling in the flanker position. 

Some alterations in Australia's lineup consist of Angus Bell stepping in for Isaac Kailea as prop, and Josh Nasser replacing Matt Faessler as hooker. Additionally, Nic White has taken over the scrum-half position, replacing Jake Gordon.
