ASM Clermont Auvergne Rugby reached the semifinals of the EPCR Challenge Cup in 2023-2024 and narrowly lost to the eventual champion HollywoodBets Sharks, 32-31. 

But this year they won’t be in that position after the club finished eighth in the Tp 14 and qualified for the Investec Champions Cup tournament.

Clermont went 12-2-12 last season, finishing just one point behind Racing 92 and Castres in the standings. 

Clermont opens the Top 14 season on Sept. 7 against Pau Rugby at 10:30 a.m. and will later this year begin the Champions Cup action in Pool 2. And all their matches are streaming live in the United States. Here’s what to know.
