In week one, Leinster Rugby traveled to Scotland to play Edinburgh Rugby. Zebre Parma went to Wales to see how they matched up against Cardiff Rugby. 

The South Africa Shield is not playing in Round 1 due to the Currie Cup Championship and the South Africa vs. Argentina match on Saturday. 

FloRugby Content Creator Philip Bendon named Leinster's Jack Conan as the Player of the Round after their win over Edinburgh (watch replay).
