The largest crowd in United Rugby Championship history is ready to watch one of rugby’s best rivalries be renewed at 12:45 p.m. ET at Croke Park in Dublin as Leinster Rugby hosts Munster Rugby in a massive early season URC clash. 

Leinster Rugby entered Round 4 atop of the URC table and a preseason favorite to win the URC Grand Final. Munster is the 2023 URC champion who last season had the league’s best record before being upset in the semifinals.

But both are out to very different starts. 

Leinster has already picked up four bonus points in its 3-0-0 start, while Munster suffered one of the biggest losses in URC history in Round 2 when it was stunned by Zebre Parma in convincing fashion. 

But both clubs are getting more international players back on the roster ahead of the clash, which changes the both clubs significantly. 

“There are some excellent players in that Munster side,” Leinster star James Lowe said earlier this week. “There are boys you are very friendly with when it’s in Ireland camp, but on Saturday that goes out of the window. I am still going to want to run over them and try and get one on them and I am sure they are saying the same thing on the other side.”
