As the 2025 Six Nations Championship gets underway, it steps into the spotlight during the break between Round 4 and the knockout stage of the Investec Champions Cup.
England Rugby, the 2020 Six Nations champions, are aiming to rediscover the form that saw them claim back-to-back titles in 2016 and 2017.
With standout performances in the 2024-2025 Investec Champions Cup, Saracens No. 8 Tom Willis and Harlequins' Cadan Murley already have made their presence felt on the European club rugby stage.
Now, they’ll be looking to translate that success to the Six Nations and help England reclaim its place at the top.

Tom Willis - Saracens
Tom Willis got his start on the international level representing England's under-18 team in 2016. He then was included in the squad for the 2018 and 2019 under-20 World Rugby Championships, where he scored a winning try against Ireland.
Alongside teammate Cadan Murley, he also was called up in November 2024 to play for England A against Australia A as part of the 2024 Autumn Nations Series, helping England earn the victory after playing the entire duration of the game.
In the Champions Cup this season, Willis leads Saracens in carries with 65, the fifth-most in the league so far. He's also tied with Jack Nowell's leading 21 defenders beaten and is staunchly leading across the circuit with the most tackles (68).
Cadan Murley - Harlequins
Yet to make a start for the England's senior team, Cadan Murley has been representing England since 2017 for the under-18, under-20 and A contingents. Near the end of 2024, he scored two tries for England A against Australia A.
Murley helped Harlequins make Champions Cup history in April 2024, scoring a try and contributing to their first knockout-game win in the Round of 16 over Glasgow.
This season, he's earned 20 points on four tries and made 361 meters on 36 carries, third-most behind Freddie Steward and Damian Penaud. He's also beaten 14 defenders.
Below, you can watch highlights of Cadan Murley scoring a try to get the Harlequins a spot in the knockout stages of the 2025 Investec Champions Cup season.
