Both of these teams are evenly matched in terms of standings.
Each comes into this matchup after having gone 2-0-2 in pool play. The Tigers were in Pool 1, finishing in third place with 11 points, and Glasgow was in Pool 4, finishing second with 12 points.
The game will be held at Scotstoun Stadium in Glasgow, which is notably favorable to the Warriors, who have been dominant at home for years.
However, two-time winner of the Champion Cup, Leicester hopes to do something to change that, as a date with either Harlequins or Leinster in the quarterfinals.

Full-Time Match Report
Glasgow Warriors produced a dominant second-half performance to claim a comprehensive 43-19 win over Leicester Tigers on Saturday, capping off an entertaining contest that saw the Scottish side score seven tries as they advanced to the quarterfinals of the Investec Champions Cup.
Trailing early after an Olly Cracknell try in the second minute gave the visitors a brief lead, Glasgow responded with relentless pace and precision.
Henco Venter and Sione Vailanu powered over for back-to-back tries, both converted by fly-half Adam Hastings, giving the home side a 14-5 advantage midway through the first half.
Leicester’s discipline faltered, with Jack van Poortvliet and Cameron Henderson both shown yellow cards in a first half, where the Tigers struggled to keep up with Glasgow’s tempo. Hastings added a penalty just before the break, extending Glasgow's lead to 17-5 at halftime.
The second half began with a flurry of tries from the Warriors, who came out firing.
Vailanu crossed for his second try within a minute of the restart, followed by a superb individual effort from Hastings, who then converted both scores. Scrumhalf George Horne added another in the 50th minute, as Glasgow surged to a 38-5 lead, with Hastings tallying five successful conversions on the night.
Leicester mounted a brief resurgence, sparked by Solomone Kata’s 56th-minute try, converted by Handre Pollard. Hanro Liebenberg added another try in the 66th minute, and Pollard again was accurate with the boot, narrowing the score to 38-19.
But Glasgow shut down any hopes of a Tigers comeback when Venter powered over for his second try in the 74th minute. Although Hastings missed the final conversion, it made little difference, as the hosts comfortably saw out the closing minutes.
It was a night to remember for Venter and Vailanu, who each bagged a brace, while Hastings controlled proceedings with composure, scoring 18 points with the boot and contributing a try of his own.
The win underlines Glasgow's attacking prowess and leaves Leicester with plenty to consider, particularly in defense and discipline, as they prepare for their next outing.
