Union-Bordeaux Begles has claimed the 2025 Investec Champions Cup title in the team's first year reaching the final with a 28-20 win over the Northampton Saints at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, on Saturday.

An early offensive showing from UBB, unmatched by Northampton, paved the way for another Top 14 Champions Cup victory, making it the league's fifth consecutive.
The last five years of Champions Cup glory have been claimed by the Top 14, the professional rugby union club based out of France.
In order, Toulouse, La Rochelle, La Rochelle, Toulouse and now UBB have made their case as Champions Cup winners.

Northampton, the 2024 Premiership champion, already was in a ditch, as it was left without a handful of crucial men prior to the match, but additionally lost captain George Furbank early due to injury.
UBB now looks ahead to the Top 14 playoffs in June where they will face their fellow clubs.
When Is The Top 14 Final?
The Top 14 Final is set for June 28 at the Stade de France. A kickoff time has yet to be announced.
