The 2016-17 men's college 15s season is over, and here are our end-of-season FloRugby DIAA Rankings.

Our top 50 was formulated using rankings from Goff Rugby Report and some additional research as well as factoring in the playoff season of the fall and the spring. Not surprisingly, Notre Dame College, which won both the fall and the spring championships, is No. 1. Thanks especially to NDC for making that decision, at least, easy on us.

NDC's success means any team that lost close to the Falcons gets a boost. The same goes for UC Davis, which of course made it to the Spring Final and had a few close games (including a loss) along the way. That's why Chico State (the other team that beat Davis) is No. 3. It was a bit of a balancing act to decide whether Grand Canyon or Bowling Green should be ranked fourth. GCU's very, very close loss to UC Davis put them in No. 4, and BGSU is No. 5.
