The women's college sevens season is perhaps more fractured than that of the men.

Women's college teams have three major tournaments from March to the end of May, plus another series for varsity programs, and very few teams compete in all of them. So it makes sense to provide fans with a ranking to see where everyone fits.

We ranked these teams based largely on A) how they did at the USA Rugby 7s Championships, B) the Las Vegas Invitational in March, and C) the NIRA All-Varsity series this spring.

There's precious little crossover among those three events. However, there is some and that helps. Meanwhile, the Women's Collegiate Rugby Championship kicks off this weekend in Chester, PA, and that's the fourth piece of the puzzle that will allow FloRugby to update these rankings.
