After beating SFGG on the final play of the game at SFGG last week, Belmont Shore hosts Olympic Club in Round 2 of the Pacific Rugby Premiership.

In their round 1 match, Olympic Club put together several good series of phases in the team's 52-10 loss to OMBAC, but ball security, and the inability to push back the OMBAC defensive line, ultimately caused problems.

Loose forwards Bruce Thomas and Drew Gaffney both asked questions of defenses, but the backline was stymied a bit too much. So this week we'll see a slightly different lineup, with Keegan Engelbrecht stepping in at flyhalf in place of a somewhat hobbled Bubba Jones. Mark Bowers and Alex Bowman come in to join the pack, while John Gallo comes in at wing.

For Belmont Shore, the team has made a couple of changes, although explosive No. 8 Keni Nasoqeqe and their experienced halfback combination of Jonathan Gray and Kameron Moeller are back. There is only one change in the backline, with Greg Sisley stepping in at wing. 

Kickoff is 3pm at Cal State Long Beach.
