The North American Invitational Sevens is set for Friday and Saturday in Salt Lake City and provides an excellent chance to see future Eagles in action.

This year's NAI 7s is different in two respects: First, it will essentially launch a larger North American High School 7s series that will include two or three other tournaments for 2019, and second, it includes U20 teams as well.

The U20 aspect was born in part out of the fact that several elite high school programs are doing a good job developing young talent, and that talent wants to stick around and keep playing. A U20 bracket helps bridge that high-performance gap between high school and college.

The tournament itself will feature select sides from boys and girls U14s up to U20s. Some of the brackets will be pool play leading to knockout rounds, and others will be straight round-robin.
