The USA are running out a young and largely untested squad. What better way to gain experience and test the mettle of young players than against professionals, not to mention the second-ranked team in the world. Make an impact against England and you’ll lock up a spot on Rob Cain’s World Cup roster.

The 2017 World Cup winners are in Chula Vista preparing for their first match of the Super Series. The Black Ferns are the top team in the world until proven otherwise, but they’ve got new leadership and new faces in the ranks.

Canada is no slouch. This is the number three ranked team in the world, but they’ll need to come out hot and put up tries early. There’s that old saying, “you can’t beat the All-Blacks if you don’t score tries.” Well, the same is true for the Black Ferns. 

If Canada lets the All-Blacks get going, they’ll regret it. Canada needs to face that Haka and come straight at it and tack on points any way they can.
