The rosters are set for the USA Rugby Women's Club 7s Championships, with 15 teams looking to unseat the San Diego Surfers for the Emil Signes Cup.
The teams are all loaded with talent, as this is one of the deepest fields of 16 women's clubs yet.

Speedy and smart Erica Legaspi and Jennin Detiveax (nee Duncan) lead a WAC team that has many of the ingredients of the squad that won it all as Atavus in 2017. Scion has some superb young talent, including Nate Serevi, Kiki Morgan, Lindenwood star AnnaKaren Pedraza, and former Quinnipiac standout Maggie Myles.
Newly-minted UCSB coach Kelly Griffin can still play of course and she is the leader of the Santa Barbara Academy team, with UCSB powrhouse Lauren Thunen also one to watch. Jess Dombrowski helps lead a Rocky Mountain team that plays very well as a unit.

Evan Hoese won the Pacific North for Berkeley with three clutch tries to take down Life West in overtime. She's a force. Phoenix gotthrough thanks in part to Quebec imports, the Harvey sisters, two of whom were stars for Norwich, and the other who was a standout for AIC.
New York has remade its lineup to a certain extent and will be a wild card as a result. Meanwhile DC seems, according to their stated positions, to be a team of playmakers. Can they finish?

Stacey Markovic leads a Boston team that doesn't back down from anyone. ARPTC Blue is a developing squad but Hannah Tennant is a very smart and experienced field general. Chicago has the always dangerous Sarah Kish, while Life West is loaded. Nicole Strasko and Emily Roskopf are all kinds of trouble for defenses, albeit in slightly different ways.
Bitsy Cairns has a massive engine and just keeps working ... and they have finishers.
