The Bledisloe Cup will be coming to a close this weekend as the formerly postponed test between New Zealand and Australia gets underway. The All Blacks have already secured the coveted Cup for another year, but will look to claim the series shutout on Sunday.

SANZAAR today confirmed, in association with Rugby Australia, that the outstanding second-round match of The Rugby Championship (TRC) between Australia and New Zealand, that was due to be played on Saturday 28 August, has been rescheduled for 1400 (AWST) on Sunday 5 September at Optus Stadium, Perth, Western Australia.

Last week, Covid restrictions put a temporary halt on the upcoming third test between New Zealand and Australia as the two teams looked to cap off their Bledisloe Cup series. But now, SANZAAR has made some much needed upgrades that will hopefully allow the continuation of action for the Wallabies and All Blacks. Their next test is still yet to be determined, but can potentially be on September 3rd or 4th.
